Comedian and Juicy Scoop podcast host Heather McDonald got real with her audience during a recent performance at City Winery in New York City. After her set, someone asked the Real Housewives superfan who she would like to see demoted from a full-time cast member to a friend of the show, and only one name came to mind – Teddi Mellencamp.
According to OK! Magazine, McDonald conducted a Q&A after her July 26th show, and before she could give her answer about who she would like to see demoted, the crowd started chanting Mellencamp’s name.

The 49-year-old said she chose Mellencamp because of a storyline problem and not because of her unpopular behavior during Season 9 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which some have called “fake and pitiful.”
Friend of the show Camille Grammer agrees with McDonald and unhappy fans. After Mellencamp got involved in an argument between Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley at a Boy George concert during the recent season, she called the accountability coach a “know-it-all” with a “big mouth.”
After part two of the RHOBH reunion aired, Mellencamp took accountability for her own actions this past season by writing in her blog post that she lied during the #Puppygate scandal.
“I am not proud of my initial instinct to give a convenient – and not completely honest – account of events. I didn’t live up to my own standards through my actions, and that’s what’s most difficult of all,” wrote Mellencamp.

She went on to say that she feels much better after apologizing and owning up to her shortcomings, and all of the women forgave her because she was willing to have difficult conversations and acknowledge that she was wrong.
Mellencamp then made it clear that she and Grammer were still on bad terms when she called out the friend of the show for being “phony,” and said that everything the OG does is “an act.” She also joked that she would get carpal tunnel if she attempted to type up all of the times Grammer was phony during Season 9.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return for Season 10 in 2020.
